My approach to care
My care approach to care is to look at different contributing components of patients’ lives to better understand their experiences and provide them with the support they need.
Why I went into healthcare
I became a social worker because I want to help survivors of trauma, more specifically those within the undocumented community. My hope is to normalize mental health resources for this community and contribute to ending the stigma surrounding our mental health.
Something you might not know about me
I was born in Guatemala and know Spanish, English, and a little French.
