Regular visits with your provider are important to maintain good health. But, we understand that the hard work happens outside of the appointment. That’s why we have classes and groups available to help you stick to your wellness goals and stay on track with your health.

New classes and groups are regularly added to the list. Check back to stay up to date on our latest offerings.

Current Groups

If you are interested in joining one of the groups below, please speak with any OLE Health provider and ask them to create a referral.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Support Group

For adults in OLE Health’s MAT program with a diagnosis of Opioid Dependence and Opioid Use Disorder. The group is an emotional support group that will also provide weekly topics focusing on the education of Opioid Use Disorder, recovery, and MAT medications. The group is open-ended and welcomes up to 10 participants weekly.

Mind, Emotions, and Relationships (DBT Group)

For adults facing various symptoms and life stressors. The group offers skills-based classes for building mindfulness, emotions management, and relationship skills. Topics vary with each eight-session course. We ask that participants attend ALL sessions.

By registering for this event, I authorize OLE Health to use my picture, including photographic and video images, and my voice. I hereby grant to OLE Health the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, my name, pictures of me in film or electronic (video) form, sound and video recordings of my voice, in printed and electronic copy in any and all media including television and the Internet, and for exhibition, promotion, advertising, press conferences, meetings, conferences and in brochures and other print media. I hereby release OLE Health and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use.
