Rose MacIssac

Rose MacIsaac joins CommuniCare+OLE after serving as CFO/COO at OLE Health from 2019 to 2022. She brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and accounting space. For the last 13 years of her career, she has worked with various federally qualified health centers in both Northern and Southern California. Through her expertise, she helps advise and guide organizations to financial sustainability and investing in much needed resources for both patients and staff. Her passion is to serve the underserved and finds the work in community health fulfilling and energizing. Rose received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and catching up on sleep!
