My approach to care

My approach to care is a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space for my clients to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

Why I went into healthcare

I became a therapist because through prior social work experience, I found that I wanted to work more closely with my clients to improve mental health. I came to believe that mental health is the key to better functioning, better relationships, and overall satisfaction with life.

Something you might not know about me

When not in the office, I enjoy hiking, good food, and spending time with friends and family. I have an English bulldog who is almost always snoring loudly by my side.
