OLE Health Welcomes New CDO

OLE Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Cusick as the organizations new Chief Development Officer. Ms. Cusick joins OLE Health after serving as Director of Resource Development and Marketing at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley.

Her successes in business development combined with her experience engaging with our regions unique fundraising landscape will create the opportunities OLE Health needs to continue to provide quality care for the communities and families we serve” says Tanir Ami, Chief Executive Officer at OLE Health. “As we continue to expand our service area and grow the breadth of our wellness programs, Rachel will play a pivotal role in building relationships with current and future benefactors.”

As a key member of OLE Health’s Executive Leadership Team, Cusick’s role as Chief Development Officer will include leading the fundraising efforts that support the vision, mission and goals of the organization, including OLE Health’s “Building Better” capital campaign which supports the development of an over 30,000 sq. ft. health care facility in South Napa expected to break ground in early 2017.

“OLE Health is such a revered organization in this community and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve our constituency” says Cusick, “I look forward to strengthening our relationships with supporters, patients and staff, as well as helping expand access to care for all those in need of our services.”

While serving as the Director of Resource Development and Marketing with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley, Cusick managed fundraising efforts contributing to 75% of the operation budget including corporate sponsorships, individual grants giving, major donors, events, foundation and legacy giving. Cusick relocated to wine country from New York City where she worked in political fundraising and business development.

Cusick currently serves on the Executive Board of the Association for Fundraising Professionals: Wine Country Chapter and received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
