New Patients
If this is your first time coming to OLE Health for care, the first step is to call (707) 254-1770. This is the number to call if:
- You need to establish a relationship with a primary care physician for yearly checkups and to oversee your general health
- You don’t yet have a primary care physician and need to see a doctor for a non-urgent medical problem
After you connect with a patient access representative, you will receive a text with a link to fill out required forms and complete your registration.
Current Patients
Once you are established as a patient, you can visit any of our providers or make an appointment at any of our health centers.
To make an appointment at any of our health centers, call (707) 254-1770 and:
- Press 1 for medical (including behavioral health)
- Press 2 for dental
- Press 3 for optometry
You can also use our patient portal to make your appointments online and access your health information as needed. We will send you reminder texts or calls seven, three, and one day(s) before your scheduled appointment time.
