Reproductive & Sexual Health Services

  • Confidential pregnancy testing and options counseling
  • Family planning services, including no-cost birth control
  • Gynecology services, including small procedures and treatment for abnormal bleeding
  • Healthy lifestyle management with providers, behavioral health, and nutritionists
  • HIV and Hepatitis C diagnosis and treatment
  • Menopausal hormone therapy
  • Preventive health exams, PAP smears, and mammogram referrals
  • Sexually transmitted disease prevention, testing, and treatment
  • Transgender care, including hormone therapy

Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program​

OLE Health also offers perinatal services to help you in the weeks and months before and after giving birth. You do not have to be an existing OLE Health patient or receive prenatal care at OLE Health to participate in the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program. To request an appointment as soon as you know you are pregnant, call 707.254.1770.

Prenatal Services

  • Prenatal care with midwives and physicians
  • Partnerships with local hospitals for birth

Perinatal Services

  • Breastfeeding support
  • Counseling and referrals for stress, anxiety, and depression
  • Diabetes management
  • Education on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care
  • Healthy lifestyle counseling about food and exercise
  • Help stopping or cutting down on habits that may be harmful during pregnancy, such as cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol
  • Help coping with difficult decisions or outcomes
  • Help with hospital registration for delivery
  • Individualized support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
  • Postpartum healing, screening for depression, birth control options
  • Referrals to WIC, hospital classes, and other community services
