OLE Health Names New CEO
After a nationwide search to fill the vacancy of Chief Executive Officer at OLE Health, OLE’s Board of Directors has confirmed its selection of Alicia Hardy, former Interim Chief Executive Officer at OLE Health as its new CEO.
Hardy, a local Napa resident who has served at OLE since 2009 in various clinical and leadership capacities, has been overseeing the organization since late November 2017.
“I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to serve this community and our patients” says Hardy. “I have experienced first-hand what OLE Health means to this community and it is my goal to continue and expand that tradition moving forward.”
Chair of the Board of Directors for OLE Health Rick Jones also shares his support of OLE’s new leadership: “Alicia has a strong connection to OLE Health and this community. We are confident in her ability to lead this organization through its next chapter. Her understanding of the patient experience here at OLE makes her uniquely qualified for this role.”
Before her time with OLE Health, Alicia Hardy spent several years living and working abroad in both Peru and Nigeria where she became passionate about working with underserved communities on initiatives related to health and wellness. After returning from South America, Alicia co-founded and taught at a charter school in the South Bronx with the goal of reducing academic disparities in the community. Alicia is a licensed clinical social worker and has provided behavioral health care to patients both at the VA Medical Center in San Francisco and OLE Health. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Planning from the School of Social Welfare at UC Berkeley and has spent the past 5 years at OLE in various leadership positions overseeing large scale initiatives related to integration and redesign of care delivery systems.
As Chief Executive Officer, Alicia will drive the strategic direction of OLE Health and oversee initiatives to expand OLE’s mission of providing comprehensive health services for patients, when and where they need it.
